      Good shift schedule, some great coworkers, good foot in the door job in Ft Mac

      Management is extremely toxic and don't care about the techs, your just a number in a pair of coveralls

      Pros

      Tech are very smart. Installers are hard working and smart. Jobs are laid out well and by someone else. Christian company.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low. Management is bad about giving raises and reviews but real quick on writing people up for ridiculous things.
