Pros
Agent 1099 has been a very positive place to work. What I find best about it is that (a) there's always a lot of work to be done and (b) there's great potential for both company and individual growth. It's not a place that's trying to build some faux "culture" like so many companies are doing nowadays. It's just a straightforward place to come in and earn a paycheck by working hard and collaborating with your co-workers to create a better/stronger company. Everyone at the office communicates well with one another and pulls their weight making for strong morale.
Cons
Just like with any company where you work as an independent contractor, you don't get medical benefits so if that's a problem for you personally, you should consider before joining.
