It's a small company where the employees are like family.

The company changes Ceos often and it's hard to keep track of new processes.

I love that we are out by 330 and 130 on Fridays.

Low pay for the workload. Unable to move up unless you are friends with someone in a Director or senior position. They'd also recommend you work longer or while on vacation.
