Pros
-Flexible working arrangements can be had. -Collaborative atmosphere with everyone below the VP level. -Generally, a company filled with very intelligent people.
Cons
-Competing priorities between sales and technology teams leads to extended hours for those working on client implementations (>60 hours/week plus weekends on a regular basis - sometimes as much as 80-90 hours/week for stretches at a time). -Inconsistent messages/actions from senior leadership resulting from the aforementioned competing priorities. -Haven't met financial targets in a couple of years leading to low/no raises and no/low bonuses. Targets were missed by fractions but it was enough to cause this problem. -HR's salary benchmarks are well below actual market range for many positions - if you do get an offer, fight hard for every penny -Senior leadership is very Dendrite-heavy - a number of former Dendrite colleagues have reunited at AHM at senior levels and have been replacing non-Dendrite alums with Dendrite alums. It's probably worth reading reviews of Dendrite as it could indicate how things will eventually be at AHM.
