Pros
- environment, colleagues (most of it), superiors are good - flexible work options (from home, client site, office, up to you) - learns a lot (jumping into unfamiliar projects every time) - used to have lots of entertainment at the office, people are infusion, fun, young and energetic - pay / benefits are ok
Cons
- if you are not a sociable person, you fxxked (unless... you have a leader that fight/taught/and really lead you) - if you are on bench for over 1 month or 2, you fxxked - sometimes, or most of the time, you will be assigned to projects that you are not good at, or even have no idea how to do it... you need to figure out by your own - the promotion system is... you would never know. - restructured twice in 2 years.... which I still not yet able to understand which team/pillar I am at.
