The opportunity to learn new systems and applications and use that knowledge creatively in the everyday work environment was encouraged. A strong training environment is an integral part of the culture there and I really appreciated the effort made to make sure that as a team member, I was up to speed and ready for exceptional performance. Accelerate Marketing is cutting edge when it comes to new technologies, products and services. I learned so much in my time there and have been able to incorporate that training into my personal, as well as other business ventures. I would also have to say that many of the clients at Accelerate Marketing had been with the company for quite some time and the relationships that had been built even before I arrived, made the work environment both fun and rewarding.

The only thing I can think of here is the challenge I saw a few co-workers have related to technology requirements. At the time I was there, and it still may be the case, as a remote employee, we were required to use our own equipment and internet connection. I was very fortunate to have a very current, fast computer and high-speed internet connection. A few of my co-workers were not so fortunate, and because they were using old computers and had less than adequate internet connections that were sometime slower, performing at optimum level was more challenging.
