Pros
It is a good place to start for non-experienced ESL teachers. As long as you can book many slots, pay is good. Bonuses also apply and other incentives.
Cons
Management is poor. Local Filipino Management has this CRAB MENTALITY. They terminate tutors without a thorough investigation and is not transparent with all their rules and what offenses they have committed. They do not have fair judgment and your good performance does not have any value. When you have served your purpose, then you are good to go! It sucks!
