Pros
Extremely lax environment. Allow you to leave half day on days before holiday weekends and still get paid. Monthly employee lunches.
Cons
Force you to take off days they think will be "slow" but hourly employees have to use PTO or not get paid. Employees that have been there a long time get to work from home whenever they want to. Management in turmoil. Sales are down so they eliminated guaranteed commissions and eliminated positions. No job security.
