      Support from management Experienced mentors during trading period Good colleagues at workplace, majority of them were from IIT, ICT, DTU, VJTI, NITs which makes office environment great Layoff rate is lower compared with other Trading Firms in India Office parties are awesome Great compensation

      Performance Pressure Working hours can sometimes extend to more than 10
