Great Company! - Human Resources Assistant AES Employee Review

The company tries to listen to employees within reason and is open to hearing suggestions. The management team communicates when a suggestion is not implemented. We have a lot of fun activities and are going to Carowinds this weekend. This is an event that my kids loved last year and are looking forward to again! I truly feel like I am valued as more than a number here.

Because it is a small company, there are not a lot of opportunities to advance but I have seen it happen for some people.

AES has great benefits packages, generous paid time off, and flexible work schedules. They also work hard on employee satisfaction and making it a "fun" place to work with quarterly luncheons where we are fed, recognized, play games, win prizes, and interact with co-workers. The business has grown from year to year while I have been here at a very quick rate. In the last 2 years, we have grown from around 145 employees to 160 due to our growth. This is a great family-owned, private company that cares about it's employees.
