Hence it is a high-pressure job for all ABMers, especially for managers. Despite being a challenging job for teams, it makes ABMers highly employable due to the ability to handle issues on a real-time basis and on the latest technology. This can be seen from coveted positions occupied by many ex ABMers in industry. Moreover, appraisal method followed in ABM for the past 20 years is in line with industry standard. We know that we cannot satisfy everyone and sometimes even good ones.
