very easy going place with no direction

No planned growth for either the company or the products

More or less zero pros, than some learning part.

No growth, ranned by CEO's and his chelas (stupid followers). No proper infrastructure. I couldn't even get back my PF, as they always give one or other excuse. Overall I feel not a good company as an employee, however, exceptional for CEO, CTO and other higher level managers as they enjoy more benefits.
