PGP International is a great place to work with great coworkers. The engineering group is small and employees are able to see the impact their projects have on the facility. The company as a whole has been experiencing steady growth and it recently built a new facility in Indiana.

The engineering group is small and so new engineering positions are quite limited.
Good pay/benefits .. 401k, life insurance and an overall safe work place .. health insurance is just okay . Good for upper managers not for middle managers and below

Poorly managed , unbalanced workloads . Bad communication. Untrained mangers. Erratic management leads to confused workers on floor . Bad planning and no upward mobility
