You’ll then be a contractor for a few months with the understanding of being made permanent as the contract was being treated as a probation period. In reality, they have gone through 10 AP assistants in the past year who have all fallen for the same trap. Your contract says you have an 8 week notice period for a 3 month contract which makes no sense. You will be left to your own devices with no training and will just be expected to magically know everything without being shown.
