Pros
Embed Digital has a strong work hard / play hard team culture. Fun coworkers. Exciting and innovative product and service mix. There are opportunities to learn, grow, and advance for entry to mid-level roles. There are also opportunities for involvement / inclusion in process development and improvement at all levels. There is a wide diversity of skills and backgrounds of cross-functional team members that regularly work together on projects to achieve both company and client goals. Overtime is rare and usually planned ahead of time if needed. Decent amount of vacation and sick time for full-time employees. Lots of potential for company growth.
Cons
Working at a smaller company often means having to juggle many responsibilities, having to figure things out on your own or with help from team members rather than management, and being able to change gears or adapt to unexpected change. It is no different here. Health care coverage is also not offered yet.
