Pros

They pay you $$$ to get you through the door because they cannot find anyone to work here but that is the only PRO.

Cons

all the positive reviews you see on this page are FAKE. management/CEO asked employees to put positive reviews on glass door to attract prospective employees because they cannot retain employees long term due to their refusal to be flexible and forcing people in the office 5 days a week with no flexibility to work at least 1 day from home as employees have full remote capability. Upper management is extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable in their book of business. New employees are not given any training or guidance which results in an EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER. they are understaffed and the work load is EXTREMELY UNMANAGEABLE due to their lack of ability to retain employees. Recruiters are refusing their business to find employees due to the fact that they cannot find anyone willing to be on site 5 days a week with NO flexibility.

The Company historically has allowed hybrid and remote work only on an exception basis as needed. This has been the company policy since June of 2020 and fully disclosed to all new and prospective hires. Additionally, reviews are not fake. To the extent that employees choose to post a review, they are strongly encouraged to be truthful.

Pros

Easy work Supportive coworkers Cafe in the basement Free parking

Cons

No DEI training at all...so you can guess the type of work environment this is for a person of color and other BIPOC Training is not formal and structured, so your getting notes from several different people...more mistakes, further low morale Quick burnout Commute isn't great if your coming from 20+ miles away HR is slow to resolve internal problems between supervisors and staff (subordinates) Bait n Switch hiring tactics: i was doing more than my job description to "help out" and wasn't fairly compensated for the additional duties. It shouldn't take 16 years for someone to be promoted into a higher position (ex. Mgmt) that's kinda insane. antiquated computer systems (won't update until 1-2 years) although it's revenue is in the triple digit millions

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our company provides all necessary and required training to all employees on an annual basis, including Harassment and Code of Conduct seminars. We sincerely believe in professional development and often provide individualized training for our employees as well, depending on their job responsibilities and/or needs. We care very deeply for our employees and our Human Resources Department makes every effort to conduct investigations of any and all claims in a timely and efficient manner. We can say proudly that many of our employees have been here for 10+ years and have been promoted up during their tenure. Our open positions are posted to our employees before recruitment begins and we pride ourselves on promoting from within before recruiting on the outside. In August of 2022, we completed a Compensation Analysis and were pleased to bring all employee's compensation to market value. We continue to enhance our benefits package, more recently concentrating on increasing our 401K match and offering a great tuition reimbursement policy. We're also pleased that we've been able to attract, recruit and retain a number of talented individuals across all departments to join our team. We strive to provide an environment where associates feel they're valued, treated fairly and respected.

Pros

There are really no pluses working here.

Cons

The management is bad from the top down. They don’t care about their employees. The law firm in house also has horrible managing attorneys. Just very mean people.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We care very deeply for our employees and unfortunately, we’re not always given an opportunity to address concerns until after someone leaves. We strongly believe in maintaining an open-door policy and encourage our employees to communicate with their supervisors, managers and Human Resources. While it’s difficult to address and alleviate everyone’s concerns 100% of the time, by encouraging open communication we hope to continue to develop a culture where our employee’s opinions feel valued.
