Unprofessional and largely boring

Pros

Flexible working hours (pick your own lessons). Can do it remotely. Paid holiday

Cons

Lessons very outdated (and tedious to teach) and management often ignore requests. Number of lessons per week inconsistent and cancellations over 3 hours before are unpaid. Pay rate not great.

You get to talk to a lot of different people, so of which are super keen to learn English and talk

Cons

Pay remained the same for the few years I was there, minimal benefits - outdated lessons (some 10+ years old!)
