SO. MANY. PROS. 😊 The culture at E1M is bar-none as it reflects the CEO’s core values: quality, transparency, and empathy. Everyone is a quality worker and if they aren't, management is not afraid to be transparent and ultimately let them go if improvements are not made. In this sense, I find it a privilege to work for E1M, because quality workers are valued and underperformers are not (overtly) entertained. I particularly enjoy the type of work we receive; especially in my role, I am constantly working with new types of projects and never feel caught in mundane day-to-day activities. (It goes without saying, the speed at which I’m learning is *unparallel* to a cooperate environment.) And our clients have gone far and wide in the medical space, praising us along the way, so the type of work we do really does feel like we are making a difference! E1M is also very flexible. Open to the ever-evolving work environment (we are managing COVID/restrictions very well)/willing to meet worker needs has also been a big privilege. The ability to work remotely & work hourly, and thus adapting to my needs as a worker has been HUGE for me. AND as a woman engineer, it is a bonus to be working for an extremely intelligent, humble, and caring CEO businesswoman.
