Pros

There are some talented and outstanding people that work here. Nice facilities Good reputation (for now)

Cons

Low Pay for Engineers estimates on this site are much HIGHER than the real salaries, they will even go as far as offer you a "Title" if you agree to take lower pay. Then you get to train someone else to do your job at a cheaper rate. Disinformation from leaders, disorganization overall, loss of focus on the well being of existing clients. They are now sending less experienced techs instead of engineers for client onsite visits and they do not even log into their server environment. Site Monitoring overall is a joke Total lack of communication between leadership and the staff other than monthly organized meetings. Lack of communication from leadership with clients No Career advancement opportunities Losing clients at the highest rate in their history Firing staff members without real cause Low employee moral

Pros

There is lots of room for internal growth with such high employee turnover. Tons of training programs. Fair enough pay/benefits/retirement. Work from home friendly.

Cons

Constant change since they were bought out. High employee turnover. Cost prohibitive establishment (since the buyout). Poor communication between leadership and employees. Double standards on timesheet requirements (as well as other requirements...). Poorly defined bonuses. More and more division of teams under "new leadership" and "new model" so even the employees on equal footing are getting "chippy". Entry level pay is not good without some sort of certification.
