Pros

The owner is excited about innovation and caring about the employees. Catered lunch every Tuesday and Thursday and breakfast on the other days. Very friendly coworkers.

Cons

this might not be the place for you if you aren't flexible enough to learn and work with a team.

Overall, it's a great place to work. All leads are friendly and knowledgeable for the emerging technology in the data analytics and business intelligence industry, so that easy to learn new things everyday. Also since we are a fast growing company, there is great opportunity for whom want to explore their potential and grow their professional portfolio. For example, we went to the Qonnections - QlikView world wide conference every year, the company really has great opportunities prepared and willing to invest on employee.

Cons

Depending on personality, it can be a fast paced, high workload environment but exciting.
