Pros

There was always a clear line of communication, so there were never questions who to speak to. Great job if you're process oriented. (I was not, but I could see the merit for many people on my team. I got bored easily.)

Cons

Work experience and satisfaction heavily depended on what team I was on during projects.

Reasonable vacation, extremely low stress, nice office, the people can be nice, digital media as well as measurement is still growing as print contracts.

Cons

Boring, product phenomenally doesn't feel real, exceedingly repetitive, murderously long PowerPoints for deliverables
