Pros

The people, the bonds you build with your coworkers is the best. They genuinely want the company to succeed but they get no support from upper management. The only good thing about the place is the people

Cons

Where to begin? Broken promises. CRAZY AMOUNT OF TURNOVER. Idk if its the owners fault but HORRIBLE PAY!! They expect you to take care of the company but the company will not take care of you. Must be in the "IT" group to get promoted to higher positions. Always asked to do more than you signed up for. Nobody is held accountable except for the factory works if that. A couple people in management that have absolutely no reason being managers & they know that. Certifications & experience dont mean nothing to them unless you're an engineer where they will start you at a decent salary. This place does not prioritize safety at all.

Pros

You are employed. Make sure you are reading reviews from Dunham Bush USA located in Homestead FL; most of them are not good.

Cons

After they lied to you on the interview, you will be threated poorly, specially if you work on the engineering department. This is an Asian owned company from China, with management from China and Malaysia so don't expect to be threated as an American employee. You will be bombarded with emails asking you to do absolutely everything because other departments cant do/don't know ho to do nothing. The engineering department is requested to do absolutely everything while being bombarded with nasty emails. As an "engineer" you are mostly a CAD drafter creating drawings with pop up pictures and colors to compensate for the lack of skill in the production/manufacturing department. There is no manufacturing standards in place because they don't have any field experienced manufacturing engineers.
