Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Disney College Program full-time for less than a year
Pros
Access to the park, nothing else
Cons
-verbally abusive housing managers who don’t concern themselves with what verbiage they use with you because they simply do now college students as adults -Does nothing to help you get a job after the program is over. You are simply wasting your time. -Institutionalized invasion of your privacy. They will show up at your door and look through your living facilities any time they feel like it. No regard for privacy for basic dignity. You are more or less treated like an Army Private despite the fact that you are paying rent to live there. -Unreasonable housekeeping requirements. They expect you to keep it spotless 24/7. -If there are conflicts among residents they don’t properly investigate. They simply take sides toward whichever resident they favor. I personally had a bullying, verbally abusive roomate who was constantly calling me derogatory names and management acted like they didn’t believe me or didn’t care. Probably cuz my room wasn’t clean enough, which seems to be all they care about. -Management asked me very probing and inappropriate questions of a personal nature. -The pay is terrible, the hours are awful, and the workplace seems to have a culture of scrutiny and micromanagement
