Pros
I did get to go home which was the best part of every day
Cons
I'm lost for words on how bad this company actually is,the review above is completely accurate, at interview your given false information that has no real resemblenance to anything that's going on. I made a huge career mistake by going there. Your given ridiculous journeys to do then given a full days work, then expected to drive home without any additional payment, so bad I very nearly fell asleep driving. There's no duty of care! Your technical ability is questioned by women that have no clue about anything! Any technical support is just as bad as the technical manager was off sick most weeks! When you stay away from home, your given a silly budget of £15.00 meal allowance, try doing that when your staying in London! And to make matters worse the technical manager was allowed £20.00,still poor, but how is that fair or even decent of the company! The staff in Runcorn are all related to each other and just cover up for each other, when they're not doing that they poison the place by trying to out do each other, especially the three female managers in the office! I think....I'm sure I know who provided the review, that employee had drive and enthusiasm but was literally beaten down with a big stick, because progress and fresh talented ideas were dismissed, especially if short term it meant any investment. The offices are weary, ancient and actually reminded me of my first days at work over 30 years ago! No thought at all about modernisation. I would strongly urge anyone to walk away before even interview stage,it's a disgrace of a place.
