DI is a great place to work! You are given a lot of opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Co-workers and leadership team are all great to work with.

Cons

Open office format makes it difficult to stay on tasks sometimes, too many distractions....having more private office space would benefit some.

Cons

Commercial construction brings about a deadline driven environment. If you're uncomfortable working in a fast paced environment, think about another field.
