Pros

Brain damage and lots of screaming

Cons

I worked at this company for over a year, starting as an intern, and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. If you’re considering working here, I strongly recommend you reconsider. Here’s why: Salary and Compensation: The basic salary is laughable and it's at $1,500, which is well below industry standards given the workload. There is no AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) or sales bonus, and the commission structure is an insulting 1% for job completions. This company does everything possible to underpay and demotivate its employees. Unethical Deductions and Delayed Payments: The company frequently deducts amounts from your salary without your consent or any valid reason. On top of that, they sometimes hold your salary for weeks or even months, blaming vague “damages” they claim you’ve caused. It’s not uncommon to go without pay for extended periods due to their excuses, leaving employees in financial stress. Disrespect for Employees and Withheld Commissions: Employees are treated with complete disrespect. They rarely pay the agreed-upon commission, and in many cases, they withhold it entirely with excuses like “The company has no investors,” or “You don’t deserve this amount because of some unknown reasons.” It’s clear they look for any excuse not to pay employees fairly. Unreasonable Work Expectations: Management forces employees to work overtime without pay and expects you to be available 24/7, even during your entitled rest days. There’s no work-life balance, and the environment is incredibly toxic. Toxic Leadership: The company is run by Joanne, who loves to micromanage and make the workplace unbearable. She often forces employees to quit by making working conditions intolerable. She claims there’s a larger management team, but it’s clearly all under her control—there is no management beyond Joanne. Deceptive Contracts: The employment contract is full of deceptive clauses, including the statement, “We reserve the right to amend the employee contract without consent.” This allows them to change the terms of your employment at any time, leaving employees powerless and constantly at risk of unfair treatment. Pointless Feedback Process: The company pretends to care about employee feedback by providing a “feedback form,” but in reality, they ignore it. After reading your feedback, they dismiss your concerns, calling employees “too much” or “greedy,” and even going as far as to insult us with terms like “stupid” or “worthless”. The feedback process is a joke, with no intention of improving anything. Final Recommendation: This company is a toxic mess under the control of Joanne, who manipulates and exploits her employees. The salary is a joke, and the conditions are abusive. If you want to be a wage slave and suffer under her control, go ahead and work here. Otherwise, stay far away and find an employer who will respect and value you. This company is going nowhere but down, and you deserve far better.

Pros

Completely without advantages; here, you’ll only face constant suppression.

Cons

Even if you can’t find work anywhere else, don’t come to work here. Here are the issues I’ve faced while working here: The work is nonstop, essentially 24/7. Sometimes you’ll get messages from management between 3 and 5 a.m.; they don’t care if you need rest and will keep messaging you on WhatsApp. When the company doesn’t receive payments, they find reasons to deduct salaries, and it’s mandatory. They hold your pay, and when you ask about it, they’ll say you missed certain steps, so deductions apply. In the six months I’ve worked here, no one who left got their full salary. They aren’t afraid of MOM complaints, as they’re used to constant complaints and ignore advice. They often threaten employees, causing huge mental stress, and pay remains at just $1,500, regardless of experience. If your salary is higher, be cautious, as they’ll find ways to take it back after a few months, especially if funds are low. Management says they need to report to investors, but there’s really just one decision-maker, Joanne. The work environment is dirty and chaotic, with piles of paperwork. Tasks are repeated 4-5 times for the same issue. If you’re reading this review, please remember: don’t join this company. It’s a nightmare!

Pros

Couldn't find anything so far.

Cons

This company is very unorganized, with no proper HR policies or financial management. Employees often have unclear job roles and little support. The work hours are very long, sometimes from morning until midnight, including weekends and public holidays. Employees also receive work messages at odd hours, even as early as 3 AM. There is no work-life balance. The management style is unpredictable, making the work environment stressful. Meetings are often delayed, and feedback is given in a harsh way. Many employees leave within a few months due to the pressure, and new hires do not receive proper training. Salary payments are not always consistent, and deductions may happen. After resigning, employees may struggle to get their final payments, payslips, or reference letters. Many former employees have reported salary issues to the authorities, but things have not improved. Most of the team consists of foreign workers, as local hires do not stay long. There is no real HR department—administrative staff handle HR tasks, but they have little power to make changes. Overall, this company might give some work experience, but the high stress, long hours, and payment issues make it a difficult place to work.
