Once a project's architecture is firmly settled, there is a clear and balanced emphasis on both the quality and quantity of execution, which is further supported by the company's commendable, forward-thinking AI initiatives. To top it off, day-to-day life at the office is highly enjoyable thanks to fantastic perks, including free lunch, an on-site barista, an array of snacks, and a continuous supply of soft drinks and fresh, on-the-house juices.

      Good place to work and develop!

      I joined the CX department in 2022 and had the opportunity to transition into the Compliance Operations team the following year, which really highlights the internal growth opportunities available. Every day brought new learning experiences, and I was consistently supported throughout my journey. The management team in the Malta office, especially Joleene and Nicole, are excellent—approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee development. One of the biggest highlights for me was the exposure to and learning about AI, which has been a real game changer in terms of both efficiency and personal development. The environment is very collaborative, and colleagues are always friendly and willing to help. Overall, it’s a great place to build knowledge and develop professionally, with strong support at every stage. As I prepare to relocate to the UK, I’ll be leaving with very positive impressions of my time here.
