      Great place to work. Really supportive work environment and strong work/life balance. Also great benefits for a smaller-sized company!

      Pros

      This is an exciting company growing like crazy, and offers the opportunity to work from anywhere. During my interview I was given an exercise that allowed me to show rather than tell, and the hiring process was smooth and fast after that. People said what they really meant and were very direct and honest. I truly cannot say enough good things.

      Cons

      None so far. Getting to know your team remotely can be a challenge, is more than outweighed by the benefits of getting to work from anywhere.

      - Tons of opportunities to make great impacts - People are willing to help and very nice to work with - Managers are supportive and helpful - Flexible work location, can work remotely from anywhere - Transparent about the decision making process in daily jobs, which you can learn a lot

      Cons

      - Some domain knowledge may be hard to learn in the first place - You might meet tough external client occasionally, which could be challenging, but the team will help you out
