1. Good learning opportunity for freshers / less than 2 years of experience 2. Exposure to startup challenges 3. Full stack work experience for developers 4. Latest office has AC that works 5. A coffee machine with coffee/ tea available most times 6. Mediocre friendly 7. Challenging job in sales, QA department 8. Good Chief Executive Officer

Big list, some of them are- 1. Bad Politics 2. Bad CTO/ director who fosters politics, is not open to other's ideas much, most people are troubled due to him 3. Lay-offs 4. Don't join mobsec team ever - too bad TL 5. Bad HR practices 6. Negative working environment in some teams 7. Variable part of salary very high , huge majority which will not be paid on time/ even after resignation 8. Surprisingly few reviews on Glassdoor are positive which seem fake 9. No appreciation or reward to excellent performance 10. Toxic people sticking there troubling good people 11. HR and tech management not open to feedback really 12. No lunch provided in campus 13. No canteen/ snacks etc.
