Pros

- Employees received overtime - Motivational activities on a regular basis - Bonuses on special occasions such as Diwali - 5 Working days

Cons

- Too many restrictions, without the flexibility that an IT company should have - Rest time was only 30 minutes per day and was also fixed from 1 to 1.30 PM - If you arrive late or leave early, the salary will be deducted - At any time, the rules can be changed according to their comfort - The percentage of increment is not satisfactory and the increment process always takes 2 to 3 months of delay. - They fired anyone at any time without prior notice. - They mostly have internal projects (no international clients), so as developers we can't find anything challenging - Management is also poor specially in IT department - The promotion is based on how good personal relationships you have with the management(talent doesn't matter) - They always keep an eye on the camera and if you talk to your colleague you will get a phone call to stop discussion

Pros

- Flexible work hours - Weekends are off

Cons

- Lack of projects for Java: Most projects are either developed in PHP or Node.js so you are stuck with in-house projects that can never be delivered due to the management's impractical and ever-changing requirements - Lack of leadership in the Java team - Insufficient leaves - Lack of transparency and communication from the management regarding salary - Internal conflicts in the management ends up hurting employees - One set of employees are favoured more than the others - Faulty hierarchy structure with no provision of communicating from bottom to top
