Pros

People are nice and take care of each other. Just a brand value you can brag about, it's the "biggest" cyber security service-based company in ANZ.

Cons

Very clumsy, unorganised process. I see too many unqualifed people espeically in technical field just do standard work and waiting for the next payment cycle only. Thus, no motivation at all, and most talents are looking for an opportunity outside this organisation already.If things don't change, only all talks will stay here eventually.

Many duct tape fixes over larger problems Below average pay. Stressful work environment, really takes a toll on mental health.

No cons here, onboarding was quick and easy, everything was ready to start working day 1. Big focus on having a "buddy" to ease into the way CyberCX works and lots of early training provided.
