Pros

Co workers and HR manager. Ability to work remote ( only office positions)

Cons

Poor Leadership. Poor compensation and medical and dental benefits are sub-par. You will constantly be asked to work overtime. Candidates actually turned down job offers because as far pharmacies go, it is known that this company has issues. No growrh since 2018. FDA recalls. You will not be happy here. CEO is remote in another state and clearly does not care and relies on other managers to get stuff done.

CEO needs to be fired!

Pros

The employees I worked with were always willing to go the extra mile to meet the unreasonable and ridiculous deadlines set by the CEO. They worked their butts off during and after their workdays and even came in on the weekends to work for that guy and he appreciated nothing.

Cons

The CEO needs to be fired ASAP! The only reason that company is still in business is because of the middle managers who are killing themselves and their subordinates trying to meet these deadlines set by the CEO who has no business running anything that has to do with a Pharmacy. There are so many people at the top who have no knowledge of how a Pharmacy should run and what laws need to be followed. The CEO is constantly asking for more with less and when he is told it can’t be done he tries to implement illegal policies to cut corners. The CEO has people in place who are horrible leaders and he himself needs to just stick to playing golf and never run a company again! I just heard that the main pharmacist and another pharmacist are both leaving that place because they’ve been getting screwed over for who knows how long. They should’ve known something was wrong when the last main pharmacist up and left with the quickness!

Pros

ZERO PROS, do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Cons

Management cared more about where they were going to go shop or eat during lunch than the actual job. They bully as many workers as they could into doing what they wanted to be done, no matter how far out of the guidelines of the task at hand. They showed clear favoritism within the job, offered up lies about growing the company. In the year + that I was there, we probably lost more workers than we gained. Very high turn-over. There were no raises given to the hard workers, just raises to the favorites or puppets, and the working conditions were poor in the building. It is a very difficult, stressful place to be and I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.
