      The people were mostly friendly

      Cons

      They recently made the entire development team in Reading redundant. I suspect they will downsize the Reading office further. They boast about their company values but then ignored them by making us redundant, and then TUPE'ing us to Tech Mahindra.

      - excellent place for employees who like bureaucracy, processes and Nokia style management - salary was paid on time - some nice people

      Cons

      - favouritism and unfair treatment of employees - heavy processes and very little common sense - Helsinki office is in poor location - lot of negativity in the company - bad pay and benefits
