      Pros

      The company is like a family - the culture and environment is wonderful to work in. My supervisors are my mentors and have my back. The work is exciting and rewarding.

      Cons

      The client load is intense (4-6 clients at a time vs. 1-2 at a typical management consulting firm). Not much room for growth. Lower than average pay for a management consulting firm, but that is because we work primarily with nonprofit organizations.

      fantastic, caring culture challenging, supportive learning environment very rewarding - working with nonprofits good benefits

      Cons

      while it is a nonprofit consultancy, there is still high workloads, albeit lower than corporate consultancies lower pay than corporate consulting
