      as a current employee i see a lot of support and training. managers are really good and reliable.

      Cons

      maybe sometimes just the deadlines for some tasks, overall everything is very doable. sometimes clients are going to guve you a harsh time (expected from mental health) other than that, everything is good.

      Cons

      No appreciation for employees. Yes, everyone is replaceable. Look beyond that, acknowledgment of attendance, no call offs, the staff that steps up when there’s a need. A crisis situation ect.
