      A lousy old woman style

      700 meal allowance, job is not hard

      It is an old fashion company, a lot of people just dodge their jobs and make managers to finish all the work. When I joined the company, those old people just refuse to fulfill their responsibilities, tried to reflect to the 40’s old woman boss and she said’ if they don’t do the job then it is YOU to finish all the work!’. What an irresponsible management style I have ever seen! I usually stay till 10pm to 2am but still no respect. That’s why I left.

      Pros

      The workload is not very large and can finish every day. Colleagues and leaders are very nice, they would answer questions you raised. On the day before a holiday, we would finish around 3 p.m.

      Cons

      The jobs of Internship are routine work, not actuarial specific.

      Freeze promotion. Very little or no salary increment.

      Relatively good bonus but already fewer than previous years.

      Cons

      No promotion for Senior Officer grade or above. Freeze salary increment for many staff. Medical benefits are not enough as there is inflation. Staff are disappointing as company tells that the business target is achieved.
