Pros
Colleagues are friendly. Work-life balance I really like the small park outside the building(headquarters)
Cons
1. Executive-level officer gains a lot more than senior-level or junior-level officer, some of the officers deserve that pay, but 50% of them don't deserve that pay. 2. there is a huge gap between salary median and average 3. WHY those foreign officers can eat fried chicken and pizza in the office, but we aren't allowed to bring a lunch box to the office 4. Some of the computers are incredibly slow 5. BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY ON MERGE CHINA LIFE AND THE NEW BUILDING, SO YOUR BONUS WON'T BE GOOD
