      Mediocre place, low salaries, high turnover

      Pros

      Nice young people around. Offices are old and cramped. Not much else.

      Cons

      It's truly a mediocre place to work, with senior management who don't really care about employees, especially the CEO who is widely disliked by everyone. Also, the firm has a shaky financial position and won't hesitate to boot out junior employees when things turn south. Salaries are extremely low, and hence really high employee turnover.
