      Good benefits. The company takes care of all aspects of your life, include your car, your food, your insurance, your newspaper...

      Cons

      It's not a good place to work, I mean, really do something. If you don't have relationship of background, you can hardly get promoted.

      Unmatched Stability: As a leading enterprise, it offers excellent job security and a comprehensive benefits package (social insurance, housing fund, etc.). Structured Environment: Very professional and systematic workflows. It’s a great place to understand how large-scale telecommunications infrastructure operates. Work-Life Balance: Compared to "996" internet companies, the schedule is generally more predictable and manageable.

      Cons

      Top-Down Culture: The work environment is highly hierarchical. Tasks must be executed strictly according to leadership's directives, leaving very little room for personal creativity or professional autonomy. Below-Market Pay: The salary is relatively low compared to private tech firms. Total compensation often doesn't match the heavy KPI requirements and responsibility. Bureaucracy: Frequent administrative tasks and complex approval processes can slow down productivity and lead to frustration.
