Don't be fooled by HR. They are not there to protect you. I reported a boss for harassing me and even showed proof to HR. He received a slap on the wrists and I was let go. They keep incompetent people in management while letting people who earn their worth go. Half of your team will not care for their work and do half of what is needed to be done and not be held responsible. A bunch of 18 year olds given the responsibility of someone much more mature.

Lack of direction, cronyism, average pay, below average bonus structure, must work a decade to get a third week of vacation, if you like working on holidays sign up here, micromanagement, glass ceiling, incompetence is openly accepted if not encouraged, company goals are ambiguous and contradictory. Too many Managers and not leaders. A title can be a dangerous weapon in the hands of an inexperienced user. Training is limited.
