Pros

The team I work on is great! I feel valued and appreciated. No micromanagement, you are treated as an individual and adult. Very family friendly and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged

Cons

Team bonding is not the same across departments. you definitely see other teams do more with each other, but I am sure if it was vocalized it could change. We also have a remote environment, so I do not really know anyone else outside of my department

Pros

Coworkers can be great and supportive. Lots good people on the ground level

Cons

The management seems to have taken training on how to make bad decisions. Firing people with essential skills, hiring middle managers who seem to exist solely to find reasons to fire those people. The product is also messed up from these terrible choices
