BridgePoint has cultivated a team of talented professionals with expertise in finance, business and law. The Senior Leadership team encourages input from employees at all levels, with a very “open door policy. They also facilitate an environment of growth and development. The operations department has pioneered process development in the field to create a seamless experience for their clients. The whole team is warm, welcoming and engaged. Great place for any point in your career.
Cons
In 2018 was a little management heavy and support at more junior level was needed, hiring was under way at the time.
