      great benefits interesting people flexible hours

      The interview process is long (6-7 rounds). The company was originally a very people-oriented organization, but that seems to be changing (not for the better) as new people step into leadership roles.

      People are generally kind and easy to work with. Work can be fun, albeit challenging. Pay is good.

      The direction of this company is all over the place. Leaders make questionable decisions that impact employees. No clarity for promotion path.

      Good peer group. Everyone interviewed and hired had some connection with Asia

      Cons

      They keep saying BGA is a family. Truth is there is only a Bower family. And those close to the family get preferential treatment. Sneaky and sly operators, who only prioritize bottom line, with no disregard for mental health, employee compensation or career growth.
