      Encouraging Leadership Everyone's ideas are heard Strong focus on company culture Leaders have morals In my time here, I have watched Cyril cut lead times, build strong and healthy relationships with vendors, promote from within, change attitudes, and make this a great place to work.

      Currently removing the "Tribal Knowledge" mentality

      1 Year In, and I'm Loving It

      Pros

      When I started a year ago, I heard people describing the previous work environments at Bitrode. In this last year, I have not only seen the company continue a conscious effort, but it's actually succeeding. I'm proud to be part of this company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement due to being a small company.

      We do have small company challenges for advancement but we do look for opportunities for individuals to learn and grow for their own betterment.

      Pros

      Bitrode is a great place to work they strive in making it a great place. I love the direction the company is going and I am looking forward to seeing what the future brings for us. To meet or exceed customers expectations the first time and all the time and then more. Bitrode helps their employees, employees family, customers and the surrounding community.

      Cons

      I cannot think of one negative. I love working at Bitrode.
