      Great folks, family like relationships. Trusting of their employees. Independent work.

      Cons

      GIS work is highly criticized and not understood with little desire to expand services. Lowest and most underpaid GIS positions with tremendous amounts of responsibility. Environmental staff has tons of turnover.
