    I worked at BP full-time

    Pros

Decent wage considering. Flexible hours. Over time rates and allowances. Discount on wild bean products and car washes. Promotions/opportunities.

    Cons

Always short staffed. 24 hour roster And you have to be willing to work all sorts of crazy hours to cover various shifts. Training is very basic, it's learn as you go. A lot of tasks to do in a short amount of time.
