Management wants leaders but they only appreciate followers and boot lickers They always mention they are open to feedback however will interrupt you or ignore you when you give any Management are indecisive, change things at the last minute and blame the staff for not acting on it You are required to do, join and help other departments with their work You can and will be transferred to departments here and there as per their liking and you have no say about it.

MLM. Bad working culture, high turnover rate. Sometimes attractive salary but be prepared to be overload with works and long working hours. Management likes to promise progression, it is only empty words. Join at your own risk. Best not to even bother.
