- Great company culture - Leadership takes the initiative to get into the weeds themselves and provide guidance - Growth is encouraged and prioritized - There isn't a micromanagement mindset here, and strategists are empowered to flex their abilities and work with accounts that challenge them
- Accountable: Every team member has a clearly defined role and does their best to hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities. - Tenacious: Every team member wants to excel personally and help the company grow and thrive. We all work extremely hard to achieve that agreed-upon goal. - Agile: Adaptability is an absolute must in the marketing space, and every person on this team recognizes that. Sometimes situations change, and technology evolves. Our job is to adapt to that shifting landscape - Kind: Simply put, I work with a lot of really nice and cool people. Nobody wants to work with jerks, and I'm happy to report that I do not. - Diverse: The team includes many varying nationalities. - Creative: This team is talented and imaginative across departments. - Leadership: Our leadership team wants employees to be the best, happiest versions of themselves, whether they're at ATAK or not.
Cons
- At times, the job can be stressful. This is a fast-paced work environment, and that's not everyone's cup of tea. However, nothing is quite as fulfilling as succeeding for your clients with the help of your peers.
I've worked at Atak for almost two years and I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for. I feel like Atak genuinely cares and wants the best for its employees. While working remotely I feel the company does its best to connect everyone such as monthly group events and a yearly Atak fest meet up. All the staff are great people and everyone gets along. Atak has great processes for doing things that make sense and make everything run smooth. I feel listened to and respected and recommend this company to both future employees and clients.
Cons
While it is a remote position for me, it comes with the work at home problems such as interruptions that come with the territory.
