Unless you are desperately needing employment, stay far away. Leadership/founders are horrendous. I’ve heard more racist, sexist, homophobic, and sexualized/lewd jokes & degrading comments to coworkers at angle than in my entire career. Oh, btw these comments are from the co-founder/cto. (fyi Glassdoor won’t publish a review I wrote because quoting the founder’s statements violates their policy) Also, roughly 1/3 of the initial team (of about 18) is no longer there. Co-founder even said “90% of the people won’t be here in a year”. You’re a body to him. That’s it. They’ve spent millions in lawsuits & violations with the department of insurance… sketchy stuff & many closed doors & backroom conversations. Also, they withheld huge commission checks to the sales team, like right before Christmas? Minimal regard for human decency & their moral compass is so far off. Beware of positive reviews on here. They are very smart people & know how to game systems & excellent at creating illusions.
