Pros

Nothing that would make me want to join a company like this again.

Cons

- Poor management with no experience or direction. - People who complain and cause the toxic environment get rewarded - Management expect you to figure out everything on your own. Poor systems and processes training - Dealing with internal departments is a nightmare. Takes weeks for simple requests to be actioned after numerous follow-ups. - No help or guidance with career progression or options to learn more within internal departments. - Management talk down to staff and ignore your requests if your not in their clique. - No recognition for extra work you do unless you constantly keep telling everyone what you did. - Team members regularly clash with eachother over processes. No one knows how the system actually works. - When I've asked about how my personal performance is management will say keep doing what your doing and when it comes to bonus time management will say you are not performing. Even when you can prove your result's. - Company sets you up to fail. - Management unapproachable and will tell you that you are distracting others when they themselves will be discussing non work related activities in the office. - Management will play mind games and tell you that people are watching you causing unnecessary anxiety when you are doing the right thing. - Other departments will give you deadlines and expectations to have things done last minute. - No transparency. Some team members get told what's happening and others are left out. Management holds daily meetings to talk about unessential topics instead of addressing real issues or concerns.

Pros

A firsthand lesson on what a toxic culture looks like. No need to read books or watch movies to experience it

Cons

-A manager who makes you feel like rubbish 24/7. -Develop anxiety that you are scared of working ever again. -Favoritism and cliques. There are cliques who will favor each other no matter what. -Some managers can control the whole company and decide who gets fired, even if they are not the manager of the target person. -No respect for your work-life balance. -Even if you complain about bullying and harassment, no one listens because all senior managers are friends and they have all conspired to make every employees life a living hell.
